Tavola Nova emerged 2024 from an ongoing creative dialogue between myself and multidisciplinary designer Ramona Gschwend, rooted in our shared interest in sensory culture, materiality and collective experience. Conceived as a curatorial dining format, the project operates at the intersection of food, design and social space. Our collaborative practice encompasses the development of seasonal menus, spatial atmospheres, and crafted objects – shaping each event as a temporary microcosm where aesthetic, culinary and communal dimensions converge. Tavola Nova is both a framework and an evolving work. It is an exploration of how hospitality can be rethought through design.
